Edmund Bartlett is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Behavioral Initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is also experienced and trained in leadership, management, and process improvement for over a decade.

Kristine Britton, M.S., BCBA Program Director

Hi my name is Kristine Britton. I am a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA with Behavioral Initiatives. I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Professional Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology and I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. I have always had a passion for working in the health care field, specifically with children. I was first introduced to the field of ABA through my sister who worked with children diagnosed with ASD, I fell in love with the field and have never looked back.

I have several years of experience working with early intervention children and have provided services in home, clinic, school, and community settings. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the growth our clients make and the positive impact our services have on improving their lives.

Adrienne DonawaBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Hi! My name is Adrienne Donawa. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Behavioral Initiatives.

I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology with a major in Behavior Analysis from Florida International University, where my capstone focused on parent training and helping families increase communication skills, such as manding (requesting), in their children.

As a parent, I understand how important and impactful a caregiver’s role is in a child’s success. I am passionate about working alongside families, providing support and guidance so parents feel confident in helping their children grow and thrive.

Michelle Labiste, BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Michelle Labiste is a BCBA and Supervisor with Behavioral Initiatives. She began her journey with Behavioral Initiatives in 2017 while completing her undergraduate studies at Florida International University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She later completed her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis while also fulfilling her fieldwork supervision requirements with the organization.

With nearly eight years of experience in the field of ABA, Michelle maintains the same passion for the science as she had on her very first day. She is deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals with autism and behavioral challenges, striving to promote meaningful change through compassionate, evidence-based practices. Always eager to share her knowledge, she takes pride in providing exceptional support to the families she serves and the RBTs she supervises.

Georgina Amador Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Georgina Amador is a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Behavioral Initiatives. With a little over 8 years of experience working with children in various settings (clinic, homes, community, and schools), she holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavior (PreMed/PreVet track) at Florida Atlantic University. In her 4 years of high school, Georgina completed a magnet program that held coursework to attain her medical assistant and phlebotomist certification upon graduation. Instead of pursing a career in medical assisting, she decided to complete her Bachelors as a full time PreMed/PreVet student and completed volunteer work.

Georgina’s journey into ABA began after she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree and worked briefly at a clinical school for children with special needs in 2016. It was during this time that she was both exposed to and fascinated by ABA, which led her to pursue further education in the field.

Her passion lies in functional communication training, utilizing naturalistic teaching opportunities, and instilling a sense of independence in young learners.

Jocelyn Muralles, RBTCenter Operations Manager

Jocelyn Muralles is a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Behavior Initiatives on the path to become a BCBA since 2020. Jocelyn previously received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Florida International University. Jocelyn found her way back to the rewarding field of behavior therapy after being away for more than 9 years. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Jocelyn is passionate about seeing the progress kiddos make and impacting the lives of those kids and parents alike.

Danielle Brown Recruiting Manager

Danielle Brown is the Recruiting Manager at Behavioral Initiatives. She earned her Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Danielle’s passion for working with individuals with special needs began as a Registered Behavior Technician at a school for children with autism, where she later became a teacher.

She spent eight years at Behavioral Initiatives as an RBT, developing her skills and knowledge under the mentorship of Sarah Bartlett. During this time, she worked closely with individuals with autism and their families, further deepening her dedication to the field. Danielle later explored other areas of ABA through roles in consulting, supervision, and foster care.

After three years, Danielle returned to Behavioral Initiatives in her current role. She loves connecting with people, training, and encouraging others to reach their potential and is excited to continue making a positive impact on both clients and staff.

Juliette Rodriguez, RBTStudent Analyst

Juliette is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Behavioral Initiatives on the path to become a BCBA. She has always had a passion for working with children, which led her to work as a Teacher’s Assistant for almost 5 years. While working there, she always seemed to have a strong drive for working with small groups of children with an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP). These children required extra help and attention, and they always seemed to excel over time. Juliette has always been fond of learning about the functions of the brain, which is why she pursued and graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology degree as Cum Laude from Florida International University. While pursuing her degree, she took an Applied Behavior Analysis class, and upon learning about the field, she felt this is where she belonged. After passing her board exam and working with Behavioral Initiatives, she has seen lots of children thrive, and her heart has grown fonder of this beautiful field. Juliette has plans of obtaining her Master’s in Psychology in Behavior Analysis in the near future.

Samintha Jeudy, RBT Student Analyst

Samintha Jeudy is a Registered Behavioral Therapist at Behavioral Initiatives on the path to become a BCBA. She graduated with her Bachelors in Health Science with a concentration in Behavioral and a Mental Health at Florida Atlantic University. She aspires to get her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis to become a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.

Samintha has always had an interest in helping others, specifically children. Growing up in her spare time, she use to babysit toddlers, and volunteer at Broward General Hospital. It wasn’t until she was indulged in her studies about Human Growth and Development that she realized what it is exactly that she wanted to do. It was because of that her passion ignited towards ABA to make the little changes … into BIG changes!

Elisa Valero, RBT Student Analyst

Elisa Valero is a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) working with Behavioral Initiatives on the path to become a BCBA.

She currently has her Bachelor’s in Supervision and Management with a minor in Psychology. She is planning on beginning her Master’s Degree soon. Elisa’s passion in this field started when she was 16 years old volunteering in a nonprofit organization for children with disabilities ranging from the autism spectrum to cerebral palsy. Ever since she knew she had to pursue a career that helped these children thrive as best as possible. She plans on furthering her education to become a BCBA.

Thanks to Behavioral Initiatives, her goals are being achieved one step at a time.

Linnette Vazquez, RBTStudent Analyst

My name is Linnette Vazquez, I graduated from FIU with a bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I have always loved working with children. They bring out my creativity and imagination. They really show love in the purest form. I knew that I wanted to help kids since my teen years. I volunteered at daycares and summer camps all the way through high school, and I also babysat children. A classmate introduced me to ABA and I couldn’t have been happier. I fell in love right away, so I decided to get my RBT certification in 2021. I am currently starting my master’s to become a BCBA.

Natalie Ramirez Student Analyst

Andrea Escobar Student Analyst

Andrea is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Behavioral Initiatives with 9 years of experience ranging from working as a teacher in schools to a tutor/mentor for children with disabilities and in the foster care system. Working with children has always been a passion of hers. From a young age, she has been driven by the desire to make a positive impact in their lives. Whether in the classroom or through one-on-one support, she has seen firsthand the difference personalized care and guidance can make. Jennifer ValeroRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Student Analyst

I am a Registered Behavior Technician and Student Analyst at Behavioral Initiatives, with a background that blends clinical healthcare and psychology. I originally started on a pre-med track and worked as an ultrasound technician in medical settings, but during my undergraduate studies at Florida International University, I discovered my passion for child development and Applied Behavior Analysis.

After earning my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University, I became an RBT and am currently enrolled in the master’s program in Behavior Analysis at FIU. I am especially interested in research and bring a unique perspective to the field through my combined medical and behavioral experience. My name is Jennifer Obregon and I am a registered behavior technician(RBT). Since i was little, i always said i wanted to work in the medical field with kids. I went to school for nursing and finished my first year. I knew after i graduated for my first year, that being a nurse isn’t what i really wanted. I heard about ABA services through a family member and i decided to give it a chance and become an RBT.

Working with children with special needs is something truly special to me. They uplift me everyday and motivate me to be the best version of myself for them.

I am a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician who is passionate about helping children grow, learn, and reach their fullest potential. My journey working with children began in high school through a volunteer tutoring program, where I discovered how meaningful it was to support young learners and celebrate their progress.

I am currently completing my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. During my time in college, I was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis by a classmate. As I learned more about the science behind behavior and development, I quickly fell in love with the field and the positive impact it can have on children and their families.

My name is Beatrice Poulard, and I am a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in my community. I earned my Associate of Science degree as a Surgical Assistant and spent 13 years working as an Organ Donation Coordinator, supporting individuals and families during critical moments in their lives.

Although I valued my healthcare career, my heart has always been with children and adults with special needs. This passion inspired me to pursue a new professional path focused on improving the lives of individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges.

To prepare for my long-term goal of opening my own organization, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management. I am currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provide direct support and evidence-based interventions to individuals with special needs.

At the same time, I am completing the final semester of my Master of Science program in Applied Behavior Analysis and preparing to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Hi, I’m Elizabeth Medina, but you can call me Liz!

I am a proud University of Central Florida graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Ever since I can remember, I have loved working with children, especially those who need a little extra support. When I first learned about ABA therapy, everything just clicked. I knew right away that this was what I wanted to do.

I became an RBT soon after, and I have loved it ever since. There is nothing better than seeing a child learn a new skill, gain confidence, or accomplish something their family has been working so hard toward.

Outside of work, I am a mom to an amazing four-year-old son who keeps me laughing, learning, and on my toes every day. Being both a mom and an RBT has taught me so much about patience, creativity, and celebrating the little victories that make a big difference.

One of my favorite things about being an RBT is celebrating those special moments with my kiddos. There is nothing quite like seeing their personalities shine and watching them realize just how much they are capable of.

I love building connections with the families I work with and helping children discover how capable they truly are. I feel incredibly grateful to have a career that combines my passion and purpose, and I look forward to making a positive impact while helping your child reach their full potential.

Juliana SantosRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Since a young age, I have had a passion for helping children, teaching, and understanding their behaviors. I have experience working in different settings, including homes, schools, and daycare centers.

Before becoming an RBT, I completed several trainings through the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and the Early Learning Coalition (ELC). When I learned about the role of an RBT, I knew it was the perfect match for the type of work I wanted to do.

Being able to help children, work one-on-one, teach new skills, understand and regulate behaviors, and help them maximize their potential is incredibly rewarding and continues to inspire me every day.

Ashley Guzman is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Behavioral Initiatives. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 2024 and is currently enrolled in a master’s program with the goal of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

She also plans to earn her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) after completing her master’s degree. Ashley has always had a deep-rooted passion for helping others, and once she discovered the ABA field, she knew it was where she was meant to be.

Patricia Neukamp Registered Behavior Technician

Patricia Neukamp is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She has always loved being around children, so after moving to the United States in 2016, she knew that she should pursue this path. During research, she learned about ABA therapy and later heard about how to become an RBT. Patricia thinks that being able to bring quality of life to families, as well as to witness the children’s development and evolution, is both fascinating and rewarding.

Yaylin Nodarse is a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) employed at Behavioral Initiatives. She has a deep-rooted passion for working with children. With a background as a teacher spanning several years, she discovered a calling to provide tailored and more individualized support to each student, leading her to explore Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). After working as an RBT, she was motivated by a desire to expand the education of students with learning disabilities with the hope of creating a greater impact in the educational field. She is presently undertaking further education with the aim of becoming a BCBA. Her aspirations for professional growth complement her commitment and dedication to enhancing the lives of children, aiming for positive outcomes in the field of behavioral therapy.

Yulia Hernandez Registered Behavior Technician

Yulia graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Santo Domingo Institute of Technology (INTEC). While studying, she fell in love with the course of Behaviorism and discovered ABA. She has always been passionate about working with children. While working in Human Resources, she volunteered to work in various social projects for children in need where she had the pleasure to work with kids with ASD. She got very discouraged to learn the lack of support and resources children and families have back home. Upon relocating to Florida, she immediately knew she had a chance to follow her dreams and decided to get her RBT certification. It’s been beyond rewarding working in this field and making an impact in the world one kid at a time.

Zyanne Harewood Registered Behavior Technician

Zyanne has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Behavioral Initiatives since 2022. Coming from Texas she has found a new home in providing services to families with us at BI. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in forensic psychology at the Florida Institute of Technology. She plans on making a career out of helping children in need. “Working with my clients brings the purest form of purpose in life.”

Aldrys Pena Registered Behavior Technician

Aldrys is a dedicated and passionate individual currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Florida International University. Her journey has been driven by a profound desire to help others, which was inspired by her experience of becoming an older sister and taking on a caregiving role.

From a young age, she always knew that working with children was her calling. This passion led her to discover the role of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Her ultimate goal is to contribute meaningfully to the lives of children with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their fullest potential.

Loubna Aboutalab Registered Behavior Technician

Loubna Aboutaleb is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Behavioral Initiatives who enjoys working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).She finds it rewarding to witness the progress her clients have made since beginning Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As an RBT, Loubna is experienced in Discrete Trial Training, Natural Environment Training, and implementing the programs and interventions designed by her BCBA for her clients.

Through her coursework, Loubna has gained knowledge about the history of ABA, its foundation as a science, and its commitment to evidence-based practices. She has learned how to apply ABA techniques, including reducing or eliminating problem behaviors and teaching skills such as mands, tacts, intraverbals, and behavior interventions.

Loubna is passionate about helping her clients develop daily living skills and make better behavioral choices. She recognizes the importance of using evidence-based practices and advocates for the value of ABA therapy in improving the lives of her clients.

Nicole Garcia Registered Behavior Technician

Nicole is a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavioral Initiatives. Nicole is a student at Florida International University. She is currently working towards completing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is passionate about ABA principles and the rewarding experience of helping children achieve their goals.

Nicole has experience working with a wide range of ages, from toddlers to older adolescents, and her educational background has provided her with valuable insight into the psychology of development and behavior. She is dedicated and always strives to reach her fullest potential in all that she does. Nicole finds the ABA field exciting and looks forward to what the future holds in her career.

Rhea Rupani Registered Behavior Technician

Rhea is a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at Behavioral Initiatives. Rhea has a B.S. in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and found her passion for the field of ABA in 2022. She has always enjoyed working with kids, and feels incredibly fulfilled in her role as an RBT, getting to celebrate little victories every day!
